We collect used school shoes from Matric students finishing school and we then recondition them and pack them into new shoe boxes and put in a brand new pair of socks and give them to children in rural areas who have no shoes or old shoes

1. Students at participating schools donate their shoes in a special ceremony held after Matric graduation

2. The donated shoes are then taken to our facility in Johannesburg where they are cleaned, polished and restored to an almost new condition

3. The shoes are then packed into brand new shoe boxes and the shoe size is marked on the box

4. A pair of brand new socks is added to each box

5. The shoes are then given to the learners at the various school in the rural areas during a special ceremony
